  • International Baccalaureate (IB): Generally, you need at least 35 points, with higher-level subjects in mathematics and physics.
  • Equivalent Qualifications: For students with qualifications from other countries they have pathway options of IFY (International Foundation Year), IYO (International Year One).

2. English Language Proficiency:

  • IELTS: AECC experts suggest an overall score of 6.0 and no band lower than 5.5 for UG courses is ideal for UK universities.
  • TOEFL: Some universities accept TOEFL scores, typically requiring a score of 100 overall, with minimum sub-scores specified by the institution.
  • Alternative Tests: Universities might accept other English proficiency tests, such as PTE Academic or Cambridge English exams. Check the specific requirements of the university.
