2. The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Programme
The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Programme is a non-degree-specific degree programme for international students wishing to upgrade their professional profile by taking 10 months of academic study in the US. Fellows for this scholarship are selected based on their potential for leadership and commitment to public service.

- Payment of tuition and fees at the assigned host university.
- Pre-academic English language training, if needed.
- A maintenance (living) stipend, including a one-time settling-in allowance
- Accident and sickness coverage
- A book allowance.
- One-time computer subsidy.

AAUW International Fellowships
The AAUW scholarship in the USA is an exclusive scholarship for women. It provides grants to international students pursuing full-time graduate or postdoctoral studies and have plans to return to their home country post-completion. Post return to their home country, they should put their study to use and work for the betterment of the home country in the concerned field. An applicant to the AAUW Scholarship should have completed a USA equivalent graduation at the time of application and should have also applied to their desired institutions. An AAUW scholarship awardee is selected on the basis of academic achievement, demonstrated desire, and a proven record to work for the betterment of girls and women. The AAUW fellowships are awarded as below:
